Between Monday, Feb.1, and Wednesday, Feb. 3, Union Pacific will be moving heavy construction equipment by rail across State Route 347. Drivers are cautioned to expect sporadic delays as machinery is transported. Equipment crossing will not take place during morning and afternoon rush hour periods, 6-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. Additional flagmen will be in the area to assist in protection of the equipment. Union Pacific officials state that delays should last no longer than five minutes in duration at a time.
