Temperatures are expected to rise this week with showers developing near the weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

Today is expected to be sunny with a high near 75 degrees F. Overnight, the low will be around 45.

Tuesday, the forecast sees sunny skies and the high climbing to 80. The night will be warmer, too, with the expected low around 51.

Wednesday, look for mostly sunny skies and a high of 86 during the day but with clouds moving in for the evening. The nighttime low is expected to be around 57 despite the overcast.

Thursday is expected to be mostly cloudy with a high ascending to 89. Winds are forecast to increase to 10-15 mph with gusts at 20 mph. Overnight, a 30-percent chance of rain will develop after 11 p.m., and skies will be cloudy with a low around 57 and continuing winds.

Friday, the chance of showers will linger around 20 percent. The day will eventually be mostly sunny with a high near 80. The night is forecast to be mostly clear, with a low around 50, heading into a sunny weekend.
