Recipe: Gluten-free Applesauce Cake

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
2 cups gluten free flour (I use Trader Joe’s All Purpose Flour)
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup canola oil
3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
 
Directions
1.    Preheat oven at 325°.
2.    Grease baking pan and dust with flour.
3.    Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
4.    Bake 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
