Progress is being made toward the completion of a new oil-change business. HRW Builders of Scottsdale is building a four-bay Jiffy Lube near the corner of Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Stonegate Road.
The property, addressed as 42100 W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Hwy., is in the Maricopa Power Center development known as The Wells. It will employee eight people, according to a Jiffy Lube representative.
The building is 2,612 square feet and valued at $182,000. The lot is about 3,200 square feet.
HRW builds an array of commercial buildings across Arizona. The project received its building permit in November.
The opening date has been set for Sept. 1.
