InMaricopa sat down with Pinal County NAACP President Constance Jackson to talk about race relations in Maricopa and across the country. She has her concerns, but overall offers hope if residents just “have that talk.”

She also talks about how she became involved in local politics. She also talks about how the work of Maricopa Police Department Chief Steve Stahl has made community relations in Maricopa much different than the culture shock she experienced when she moved from Minnesota to Baltimore.
