Madden to Manage Maricopa Branch for Great American Realty

Prominent local residential real estate agent Dawn Madden is returning to her agency roots. Madden is moving her real estate business from Long Realty, where she had been an agent since May, and re-joining Great American Realty, the agency with which she began her real estate career.

Madden will head a new branch for Great American Realty in Maricopa and is eager to take advantage of the agency’s more intimate environment. “I don’t want to be one of 50 agents,” Madden remarked. “Working in a smaller brokerage offers more personal attention and I will be better able to pass along that spirit of service to my clients.”

Great American is a 10 year-old company with 15 agents in Greater Phoenix. Its owner and designated broker, Dennis Plunkett, has been in the business more than 25 years. Plunkett welcomed Madden back to the team saying “We’re excited to have Dawn Madden return to Great American Realty. With her community activities and customer-focused mentality, we have no doubt she’ll make Great American Realty proud.”

Madden has been a very active part of the Maricopa community since moving here two years ago. She is a member of the City Parks, Recreation and Libraries Advisory Committee and Maricopa Rotary Club. Madden has also been active in fundraising for Santa Rosa Elementary School, coordinates the semi-annual garage sale for residents of Rancho El Dorado and publishes The Maricopa Report.

Madden’s real estate dealings are Valley-wide though her focus is on Maricopa. As she says, “It’s the area I know the best since I live here!”
