Some Christmas sweaters might look better as pillow covers.

Pillow cases, plain or decorative, are the answer to Christmas wrapping. Just let the recipient know that you need the wrap back, which they will have no problem with.  Most of us end up with a recycle bin full of wrapping paper.

If you have small presents to wrap such as lotions, soaps, perfume, cologne, jewelry, etc., dig into your drawer and pull out some of those Christmas socks you get every year, it’s the perfect decorative wrapping and costs you nothing and you can reuse every year.

Instead of buying real poinsettias, you can buy a couple of artificial stems. Put them in your current outdoor plants and take out after the holidays and reuse each year.

Keep those Christmas sweaters you don’t like to wear, put a throw pillow inside it and tie the arms in the back. Now you have a fun Christmas pillow without any extra storage. At the end of Christmas simply take out the pillow and hang the sweater back up.
