Saguaro Amateur Golf Tournament returns to Ak-Chin Southern Dunes this week with three days of competition in a 54-hole, no-cut, men’s competition.

MONDAY
Maricopa Historical Society meets at 5:30 p.m. at the Maricopa Public Library with newly elected officers.

TUESDAY
Coffee with Friends of the Maricopa Library starts at 1:30 p.m. at the library. Meet every Tuesday for refreshments and conversation and get acquainted with the library. All ages welcome.

WEDNESDAY
Art & Entrepreneur Series at Maricopa Center for Entrepreneurship hosts the art of Jennifer Hawkins for the month, including a 6 p.m. artist’s reception on Jan. 6.

THURSDAY
“Engage” is a new program at Maricopa Center for Entrepreneurship to bring residents together with community “though-leaders” and debuts with week with Mayor Christian Price at 6 p.m. The program will be at Copper Sky.
