Thermometers are likely to hit a high of 106 this week before winds move in Wednesday to cool things off a bit, according the National Weather Service. The moderate breeze should keep temperatures out of the triple digits well into the weekend.

Today looks to be sunny and hot with a high around 103 during the day and a low near 70 at night as skies remain clear.

Tuesday is also likely to be sunny, hot and clear with a high near 104 in the daytime and a low around 71 at night.

Wednesday should see the hottest temperatures of the week, hitting 106 during the day and dropping to a low near 72 at night as skies remain clear and winds pick up and begin to gust up to 25 mph.

Thursday will likely see temperatures only reach a high around 98 during the day as winds continue to gust as high as 25 mph into the night, lowering the temp to near 66.

Friday looks to be even cooler with a predicted high of 93 during the day and a low of 64 at night as winds gust up to 20 mph throughout the day.
