Two men were arrested on March 5 after they fought near North Butterfield Parkway and West Oster Drive.

At about 9 p.m., Maricopa police responded to a disturbance involving Frank Garcia, 32, and Skylar Labarge, 30.

Garcia and Labarge were arrested on disorderly conduct.

During the arrest, officers found foil and a burnt acrylic straw – items commonly associated with illegal drug usage – in Garcia’s front-right pocket, according to the probable-cause statement.

But Garcia denied having anything in his pockets and refused to provide his home address, repeatedly stating that he “did not remember” where he lived, police said.

Police reported Garcia intentionally gave incorrect information in an attempt to conceal his residency, property and possession of contraband.

Garcia was booked into Pinal County jail on possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and false reporting.
