According to Multiple Listing Service, 164 homes sold for more than $500,000 in Maricopa city limits in 2022.
It was a roller-coaster year for pricing, with near-record highs in the first half before the market cooled in the second half.
Still, it took a sale of $659,000 to crack the 2022 top 10.
The top three sales and four of the top five came during the first half of the year, when the market was more vibrant.
