After a triple-digit start, this week’s weather will likely bring rain and high temperatures staying in the low to mid-90s.

 

Monday’s forecast calls for a high near 103 accompanied by breezes of 10-15 mph that could gust up to 20 mph. The day will be partly sunny and night will be cloudy. There will be a 10-percent chance of showers after 11 p.m. and a low temperature of 75.

 

Tuesday, the chance of rain increases to 30 percent. The day will be cloudy with a high near 92. Breezy conditions will continue with winds of 5-15 mph. Overnight there remains a 30-percent chance for showers and thunderstorms, mainly before 11 p.m. The sky will be mostly cloudy and the low around 72.

 

Wednesday, expect a slight chance of rain of around 10 percent again. The day will be mostly sunny with a high around 93. The likelihood of rain continues before 11 p.m. and the overnight low will be around 73.

 

Thursday’s forecast is for mostly sunny skies, mild breezes and a high near 96. The overnight low will be around 71.

 

Friday is expected to be mostly sunny with a high near 93. The night will be mostly clear with a low of 65, leading into a weekend that looks almost identical.
