Acacia Crossings home provides “bang for the buck”

A “bang for the buck home,” that is what listing agent Aziz Farhat says about this week’s featured home.

The 2,000 square-foot home is what builders call a production inventory home.

“They built these homes with a set of upgrades versus being built to order. They are what you see is what you get homes,” Farhat said.

This home is located in the Acacia Crossings subdivision, which means a short commute to the local shopping plazas.

The home is single story and has a very open feel to it.

When the potential homebuyer walks through the door, they are peering through the great room and into the kitchen and living room.

The upgrades to the home include tile in the heavy traffic areas and the kitchen. All other areas are blanketed with tan Berber carpet.

A walk through the great room takes the potential buyer into the kitchen and living room area.

The kitchen features an island sink, and the home comes complete with all appliances.

To the right of the kitchen lies the entrance to the master bedroom, which also features a master bath.

The other three bedrooms, including a walk-through bathroom, are situated on the opposite end of the home.

The home also includes a washer, dryer and is looped for soft water.
