After seeing an approaching vehicle, the subject drove off.
The subject is described as a dark skin Hispanic male in his mid to late 30’s; medium to large build wearing a dark blue baseball cap with a military tapered hair cut. The subject has been seen in a light purple 4-door compact car. The car is described to have a grey primer area along the lower driver’s side. This extends from wheel well to wheel well. The subject was last seen in a black or blue striped mechanics style work shirt with a name tag on it and light blue jeans.
