Pinal County Attorney Lando Voyles announced Monday that hearings are set for Abdullatif Ali Aldosary, who faces 22 charges including suspicion of first-degree murder, arson of an occupied structure and depositing explosives.

His initial appearance and arraignment will be 1:30 p.m. March 14. Working with federal partners, PCAO filed paperwork to ensure Aldosary appears in Pinal County for his arraignment, according to a press release.

The 48-year-old Coolidge man is accused of killing a 26-year-old father in Maricopa on Nov. 27, 2012 and three days later of igniting an explosive device at a Social Security Administration building in Casa Grande.

He is suspected of killing Orlando Requena of Casa Grande. Requena was a train worker employed by Arizona Grain, a Casa Grande-based company with a facility on Cowtown Road, located on the southeast side of Maricopa. He was shot multiple times about 2:40 a.m. in a train offloading area near the facility by a person wearing a dark ski mask.

Maricopa police helped tie together the killing and arson.
