Maybe it’s the heat. Fighting has gotten two Maricopa men thrown in jail in separate arrests this week.

Adam Ray Huggins was arrested on a warrant for assault Wednesday.

Huggins, 26, is charged with disorderly conduct (fighting) and assault. He posted a $791 bond.  He was arrested near Warren and Val Vista roads.

Joseph Richetts, 31, was arrested Thursday in the 100000 block of Warren Road on a warrant that included two counts of disorderly conduct and one count of assault.

He had a cash-only bond of $500 for the disorderly conduct and $1,234 for the assault. His arraignment was Friday in Judge Lyle Riggs’ court in Maricopa.
