A late-night crash Tuesday drew a large first-responder presence near a fast-food restaurant at 20430 N. John Wayne Pkwy., where a heavily damaged vehicle landed in the landscaping just off the roadway.
A Department of Public Safety state trooper on the scene confirmed there were no serious injuries.
At about 11 p.m., troopers, Maricopa Police and Maricopa Fire and Medical responded to what appeared to be a one-vehicle crash of a BMW sedan.
The name of the driver was not immediately available as the incident remains under investigation by DPS.
