Friends of the Maricopa Public Library hosted its annual fall book sale in the library parking lot Saturday. The book sale helps fund library programs and the nonprofit’s activities to provide support of the library. While there were vendors and live music, the stacks of books that had been cycled out of inventory were the main attraction, and readers were able to purchase by the bag or by the box.
