Bountiful Baskets comes to Maricopa every other week distributing fresh produce. It is an another option for Maricopans besides Produce on Wheels.

Bountiful Baskets is a food co-op offering a conventional produce basket, which is generally half fruit and half vegetables. The monetary contribution is $15 for a basket generally worth $50 retail. Organic baskets require a contribution of $25.

The local pick-up site is Pima Butte Elementary School in Rancho El Dorado. The produce is distributed on Saturdays during Week A at 7 a.m. Contributions must be made between Monday at noon and Tuesday at 10 p.m. in order to have a basket ready on Saturday. Co-op members must also be on time to collect their baskets.
