The Ak-Chin Masik Tas, or “birthday” celebration, is an event that was created 12 years ago to celebrate and commemorate the formal recognition of the Ak-Chin Indian Community. We celebrate with events and activities that Ak-Chin community members, residents and the general public can enjoy!

Events include a basketball tournament, a golf tournament, an evening light parade, rodeo, carnival, vaila dance, Ramon Ayala concert, traditional performers and vendors!

We invite you and your family to join us for the light parade on Saturday, Dec. 7 starting at 7 p.m. Floats will head West down Farrell road, bring your chairs and grab a spot!
