Children invited to Wednesday’s Pitch, Hit & Run

Maricopa Little League hosts Pitch, Hit & Run on Wednesday at Pacana Park.

Boys and girls age 7-14 are invited. They do not have to be MLL players.

Check-in time is 5 p.m., and the event starts at 5:30 p.m.

This is a fun way to get your kids a little more interested in baseball or softball.

Reminders:

– Arrive early for registration.

– All participants must provide a copy of a valid birth certificate for age verification (if you are a current MLL player, they will not need to see your birth certificate again).

– Parent or guardian must sign a registration/waiver form (available at www.mlb.com/phr or fill out during event registration).

– All participants will compete in all three elements of the competition with all scores starting at 0.

– All girls will use a softball and follow the girls’ softball division guidelines, and all boys will use a baseball and follow the boys’ baseball division guidelines.

– No metal spikes.
