City, MEDA move into Estrella Gin Business Park

The City of Maricopa and Maricopa Economic Development Alliance are taking occupancy of the first office building at the Estrella Gin Business Park, and that same building was sold to a family group out of Idaho for long term investment in Maricopa. The City Council also moved to approve our DRP for a 47,200 sq. ft. Flex Office Building just slightly North and East from the existing office building, across Estrella Parkway. We are also already in for building permit review on this second building.

So, if you have been looking for Flex Office space for your business, now is the time to reach out and get a Letter of Intent in place. You can call or email Shane Cook directly with any questions you might have at (480) 703-3316 or [email protected].

We should be able to provide spaces as small as 2,700 sq. ft. with lease rates ranging from $18-$23 psf NNN. All spaces have access to either a roll up door or a truck well, and we currently have the flexibility to design a space to fit your needs. We should be able to assist with the tenant improvements both in owner credits and during construction with our GC partners at Construction Solutions Company.

We also recently acquired the “Mel’s Auto” 2 acres or so at the NEC of Edison and Estrella Parkway. These 2 acres and the approximate 1.7-acre pad at the NWC of the development are prime spots for retail, drive thru, gym, banking, etc. Both are available for lease on a build to suit basis.

That still leaves us with some very flexible land along Edison and Loma for any one of a multitude of build to suit opportunities. Certainly, a hotel is a possibility with the water park coming across the street, others include office, flex office, retail, and drive thru.
