The City of Maricopa and Maricopa Economic Development Alliance are taking occupancy of the first office building at the Estrella Gin Business Park, and that same building was sold to a family group out of Idaho for long term investment in Maricopa. The City Council also moved to approve our DRP for a 47,200 sq. ft. Flex Office Building just slightly North and East from the existing office building, across Estrella Parkway. We are also already in for building permit review on this second building.

We should be able to provide spaces as small as 2,700 sq. ft. with lease rates ranging from $18-$23 psf NNN. All spaces have access to either a roll up door or a truck well, and we currently have the flexibility to design a space to fit your needs.
