City reminds residents to complete mail-in survey

31

The City of Maricopa has sent its first ever Residential Information Survey to over 4,000 households.

Last week residents should have received the City of Maricopa Resident Information Survey mailed to their homes. Less than a week later, over 250 households have already completed and returned their surveys! This is a superb start, but as many responses as possible are needed to get a true picture of the needs and interests of Maricopians.

The results of this survey will help shape decisions such as what types of retail, businesses or employers would best fit Maricopa’s population, and what recreational activities are in highest demand. The survey is comprised of only nine short questions, and it should take less than five minutes to complete. Then, simply detach the response card and place it in the mail, no postage necessary.

The greater the response, the greater the City’s ability to serve all local residents appropriately. That is why residents residing outside of current City limits are encouraged to participate as well.

Households that did not receive a survey can request to have one mailed to them by:
• E-mailing Danielle Casey at [email protected] with your mailing address, or by
• Calling (520) 568-9098 x240, leaving mailing address in message.
