Do you have a desire to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment full of automotive enthusiasts and have a passion for providing excellent customer service? Perfect! You will be responsible for supporting the team with daily tasks and procedures from opening the facility up to checking tire pressures as well as general hospitality and cleanliness of the facilities and assets. We are looking to expand our team with motivated, forward thinking professionals who possess a positive attitude and are wanting to work their way up as we continue to develop our club and team.
Responsibilities and duties to include, but are not limited to:
- Opening and closing the facility per the standard operating procedures
- Maintain checklists and ensure all tasks are completed properly and to standard during your shift
- Check in members, guests and vendors daily with a positive attitude and professional appearance
- White glove service standard for all members, while maintaining member privacy including but not limited to:
- Tire pressure checks, tire temperature checks, wheel torque, window cleaning
- Fueling of vehicles
- Washing and wiping down vehicles
- Loading/Unloading vehicles from storage and trailers
- Hospitality - Offer cold water/beverages, snacks, lunch ordering service, etc.
- Utilize POS system to charge pro shop purchases, fuel purchases and lunch orders
- Maintain cleanliness and order of all facilities including multi-purpose building, pit lane, staff areas, race command and restrooms.
- Operate track safety lighting and timing systems
- Additional duties as requested by management
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Positive attitude
- Professional appearance
- Timely and responsible
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for full shift
- Ability to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to safely climb up and down a 10-foot ladder
- Flexible schedule, including holidays
- Hospitality and customer service minded
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
