Molly’s House of Little Feet Child Care and Preschool is currently hiring for a Preschool Lead Teacher, Assistant Teachers and Floaters at our facility located at 16540 North Porter Road in Maricopa, Arizona.

Applicant's duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.
- Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.
- Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.
- Positively guiding children's behaviors.
- Exceeding the Department of Health's Child Care Licensing rules and regulations.
- Build responsive, nurturing relationships with children, families, and co-workers.
- Provide a safe, healthy, engaging learning environment to support the whole child.
Lead Teacher:
- 6 month experience (minimum)
- Minimum High School Diploma/Equivalent, CDA (Child Development Associate), Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary education and/or related field, and a minimum of six (6) months of verifiable experience working with children in a license facility
- Employment type: Full-time
Assistant Teacher:
- 6 month experience (minimum)
- Minimum 12 credit hours in early childhood education, elementary education and/or related field, and a minimum of six (6) months of verifiable experience working with children in a license facility, or
- Have training in early childhood education and a minimum of eighteen (18) months of verifiable work experience with children in a group setting
- Employment type: Full-time
Floater:
- No childcare experience necessary, however experience with children is preferred.
- Employment type: Part-time
State of Arizona Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required
- Copy of Driver License
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check
- A negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Possess or obtain a State of Arizona Fingerprint Card (level one)
- Possess or obtain CPR Certification
- Possess or obtain First Aid Certification
- Reliable transportation
