The segment of Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway shaded in pink was closed just before 5 p.m. due to a traffic incident. Drivers must seek alternate routes.

Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway is closed from Santa Rosa Springs Parkway to Maricopa Groves Parkway due to a traffic incident, Maricopa police reported at about 4:30 p.m.

Travelers must seek an alternate route.

There was no immediate report of injuries or property damage.
