Plans for a Culver's in Maricopa are making the rounds at City Hall.

A Culver’s Restaurant might be a reality in Maricopa by the end of the year.

The chain’s plans have been through external review with the city of Maricopa, and resulting comments are being addressed.

“A July groundbreaking is planned with a late November opening,” Culver’s spokesman Paul Pitas said.

The property is part of the Sonoran Creek plat at the southwest corner of John Wayne Parkway and Edison Road.
