Maricopa Police arrested a woman May 19 in connection with five DUI charges and endangerment.

According to a probable cause statement, officers responded at 8:15 a.m. on Friday to a two-vehicle crash on Knauss Drive in the Villages at Rancho El Dorado neighborhood. There, officers said Rebecca Napier, 44, crashed into a parked vehicle on the street and appeared visibly intoxicated.

Police also found her minor son in the passenger seat. Police did not confirm if Napier or the child had any physical injuries.

Police said Napier failed multiple sobriety tests and tested 0.304 and 0.297 in breathalyzer tests, according to the probable cause statement.

Napier was arrested on multiple DUI charges, including aggravated DUI and BAC of 0.20 or higher, as well as endangerment. A hearing date was not provided.
