The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a dust storm warning for Pinal County until 5 p.m. A wall of dust was spotted extending from southeast of Coolidge Airport to Toltec and moving north at 20 mph.

The dust storm has less than a quarter mile visibility with winds over 60 mph. Affected highways include Interstate 10, Interstate 8 and U.S. 60. Maricopa is expected to be among cities impacted.

Avoid driving in dust storms if possible. If caught in one, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your
foot off the brake.
