The Committee will hear a presentation and discuss the Age-Friendly specific
provisions of the draft General Plan.

The Committee will review an invitation from the Town of Florence as well as the
schedule to tour the Town of Florence Community Center & Library and the Dorothy
Nolan Senior Center on January 29, 2016. Committee members confirmed to go are
asked to be at City Hall for departure at 8:30 am, Friday, January 29, 2016.

The Committee will receive an update regarding the Copa Center painting project.

The Committee will receive a post-event report regarding the City of Maricopa Senior
Info/Expo and Health Fair.

The Committee will discuss the next step(s) toward obtaining input for a Senior
Night/Potluck at Copper Sky or Copa Center.

The Committee will review a request from Bridgeway regarding a provider called “Eyes
on Sight” to visit the city of Maricopa in order to conduct diabetic eye exams for those
who have Medicare and/or Bridgeway.
