The Committee shall hear a presentation by staff regarding a proposed minor text
amendment to the City’s Subdivision Ordinance as it relates to street cross sections
within the Heritage District Area.
The Committee will hear a presentation by staff regarding a grant funding opportunity to
fund pedestrian and bicycle facilities design concepts to supplement the Highway 347
Overpass design.
The Committee will hear and discuss an update on flood mitigation efforts in the
Heritage District and possible solutions to resolve development issues in the floodplain.
