Northern Lights Therapy hosts a weekly Teen Support Group for anyone ages 13 to 17. It is $20, cash or card, per group. This is a drop in style group so you do not have to attend weekly nor do you have to be a client of Northern Lights Therapy.

This is a safe and supportive environment for teens to gain further knowledge, support, and coping skills related to topics such as anxiety, bullying, depression, self esteem, relationship troubles, social skills, family, school, etc.
