The Fall BOOtique will be Sunday, 1-5 p.m., at The Villages of Rancho El Dorado Clubhouse, 20991 N. Butterfield Parkway.

Jill Smith of Maricopa Welcome Service and a host of local businesses will be showcasing an array of unique items for purchase or to order. Raffle drawings will be held every half hour. Also, there will be discounts and/or specials offered just for this shop local event.

Get to know the enterprising local businesses that also sponsor the welcome packages and lovely baskets that greet new residents to Maricopa with a wealth of information and resources at Maricopa Welcome Service events.

Here’s a snapshot of the businesses participating at the Fall BOOtique:

AmberLynn’s Sweet Treats – Amber Owens, owner of a home-based bakery in Maricopa, graduated from Central Arizona College with an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts. She specializes in custom cakes and pastries made from scratch. Halloween goodies are available.

Pampered Chef and Lilla Rose – Baby-Lin Scofield, independent consultant, is offering Pampered Chef culinary items for stress free, enjoyable meals. She is also offering awesome hair accessories for glam, style and convenience.

Usborne Books and More and Thirty One – Ashley Bengs, educational consultant, says, “I am a book lovin’, book totin’ Momma!” She is offering educational books for kids, with over 1,800 titles. Also, accessories including tote-bags, purses and wallets are available.

Avon – Tina Rivas has been a consultant for Avon for seven years. She is featuring new fall products and a sneak peak at the Christmas line.

Origami Owl – Mirisue Galindo, consultant, has custom jewelry, including bracelets, earrings, charms and “living lockets,” which can help you capture your story.

Living Euphoria/Cooking Euphoria – Emily Marney, consultant, is offering two product lines designed to complement each other. Living Euphoria has targeted health supplements as well as essential oils. Cooking Euphoria offers Thrive Life Foods – nutritious, convenient meals delivered to your door.

True Reflections Boutique – Heidi Moir, owner of the affordable chic boutique, is offering the latest fashion trends from tops to toes delivered free locally.

Arbonne – Jolene Miller, representative, offers natural skin care products and will have free samples.

Tupperware – Cindy Hall, consultant, offers products, parties and recipes – going strong for over 65 years.

Colorful Transformations – Jill Smith, consultant, offers personal color analysis, closet organizing and wardrobe planning, an integral approach and component to wellness and weight-loss.
