Fidelity National Title closes Maricopa doors

A three-year run in Maricopa is over for Fidelity National Title of Pinal County.

The company recently closed its doors at 19756 John Wayne Parkway (Suite 100) and has relocated its local operations to its Casa Grande office.

According to Marketing and Sales Manager Paula Lambert, the Maricopa office, which consisted of 1,500 square feet, officially closed the middle of this month. “The office consisted of two full-time employees,” Lambert said. “Jason Anderson was relocated to our Casa Grande office.”

Lambert said the reasoning behind the move was that there are a limited amount of real estate transactions in Maricopa. “Unfortunately, many are directed to non-local title companies in the Valley (Phoenix Metropolitan area) and Tucson,” Lambert said. “Therefore we had to make a financial business decision. There will be minimal inconvenience to our local customers because we will maintain an active presence in the community and continue to provide our services.”

The company provided Maricopa residents with title, escrow and builder services for many years from its Casa Grande office prior to opening the local branch. “We will continue to do so now,” Lambert said. “Additionally, our employees have been active participants in many community organizations and events.”

Lambert believes Maricopa is a good place to do business, and, as it continues to grow, the real estate market will again flourish.

“At that point, we will most likely open an office based on the local demand for services,” Lambert added.

In the meantime, the company’s Casa Grande office has relocated to 251 E. Cottonwood Ave.
