The group’s next big project is the Harry Potter Birthday party (see related story) scheduled for Saturday, July 30, from 8 to 10 a.m. The event will feature a magician, refreshments (including Harry’s birthday cake), crafts, a marionette show, land-based Quidditch competitions, a costume parade and contest as well as many prizes. The party will be held at Rotary Park in front of the library. An adult must accompany children wishing to participate.
