Maricopans of all ages took part in Halloween-theme activities at Central Arizona College Maricopa campus on Saturday.
In costumes, friends and families gathered to take part of two runs, a 1-mile “Monster Dash Fun Run,” and the “Haunted Hustle 5k.”
During each, runners had the option of passing through the “Tunnel of Terror,” which gave some runners a bit of an adrenaline boost. The tunnel was fitted with spooky cobwebs, skeletons, dolls and even people in make-up and in masks, staring runners down as they passed.
