Maricopa’s temperatures are reaching for triple digits in Maricopa, but strong winds may cool down days later in the week, according to the National Weather Service.

Tonight is expected to be clear with a low around 60.

Tuesday, the forecast calls for a high near 99 degrees and sunny skies. The night will be mostly clear with a low around 61.

Wednesday, the high will again shoot for 99 with lots of sun, while the night is mostly clear with a low around 62. Breezes will increase from 5-10 mph to 10-15 mph.

Thursday looks to be sunny with a high near 88 but with patchy blowing dust after 3 p.m. Breezes will increase to 15-20 mph in the afternoon with gusts up to 30 mph. The nighttime low will be around 54 while the winds and blowing dust continue until 9 p.m.

Friday is expected to be sunny with a high near 80 degrees and winds of 10-15 mph carrying gusts of 25 mph. The overnight low will be around 52.

The weekend, from this far out, is forecast to be sunny with temperatures in the mid-80s to low 90s.
