Highest-priced house in February sells for $265K

In February, 96 homes in Maricopa and the surrounding rural rural areas sold for a total sales volume of $14.2 million, according to the statistical market analysis from the Arizona Multiple Listing Service. The list volume was $14.6 million, a difference of $396,096.

The highest-priced house sold for $265,000 on North Reis Drive in Rancho El Dorado. This 2,258-square-foot house was on the market for 250 days. In January, the highest-priced house sold for $332,000 on West Little Drive and was on the market for 85 days.

The lowest-priced house sold in February for $35,000 on West Jennifer Road. The 1,073-square-foot house was on the market 42 days.
The average sold price per approximate square foot was $73 compared to the lowest at $28 and the highest at $132.
