Manfredi: Keep Maricopa whole while redistricting

471

I want to keep Maricopa whole while redistricting the supervisor districts. We have been working hard to do so and, at this morning’s Pinal County Board of Supervisors Special Session Meeting, the Board met to review and discuss the county’s redistricting process.

At the meeting, the board introduced a new map that had been put together in recent days based on public input by folks like you! That new map (Map D) works for Maricopa and keeps our city whole.

The Board of Supervisors is inviting further public comment prior to voting to approve a new map at a Special Session Meeting on tomorrow at 1 p.m.

Please let each supervisor know with a quick email you also support Map D. Public comments can be submitted electronically via the form at www.pinalcountyaz.gov/redistricting until noon Wednesday or by emailing the supervisors at these emails at [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].

Comments can also be made in person at the ‘all to the Public portion of Wednesday’s Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting, which takes place in Florence at 9.30 a.m.
