Lane closures set for Saturday in Senita

Lane closures on a main thoroughfare in the Senita development are scheduled Saturday morning for street maintenance.

Construction will begin at 6 a.m. on Maricopa Groves Parkway, according to Sunland Asphalt, the contractor performing the work. The southbound lane will be closed at that time, with the northbound lane remaining open to Honeycutt Road.

Later in the morning, construction will switch to the northbound lane, which will then be closed, but the southbound lane will re-open to Maricopa Casa Grande Highway.

All surrounding streets will remain open during the work, the contractor said.
