Level Three Sex Offender Alert issued by Sheriff’s Office

The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office is releasing information pursuant to ARS 13-3825, the Community Notification on Sex Offenders Law. The offender in this publication has indicated that he/she will be living in Pinal County. It is the responsibility of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer having jurisdiction where the offender resides to make notification to the community. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from the Arizona State Prison, accepted under an interstate compact or released from the county jail back into the community.

The individual who appears on this notification has been convicted of a sex offense that allows for community notification. The sex offender has advised the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office he/she will be living in the area listed below. He/she is not wanted by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office at this time.

This notification is not intended to increase fear; rather it is our belief that an informed community is a safer community. Citizen abuse of this information to threaten, intimidate, or harass sex offenders will not be tolerated.

Offenders are categorized into three levels: Level One (low risk to the community), Level Two (intermediate risk to the community), and Level Three (high risk to the community). The below individual is considered by the Pinal County Sheriff’s Office to be a LEVEL THREE risk to the community. These flyers are being distributed to the immediate neighborhood, all media outlets, surrounding law enforcement agencies and all of the schools in this area.

On January 2, 2000 offender was convicted of sexual conduct with a minor, a 10-year-old girl. Offender claims no memory of the event.
