The Law Offices of Michael J. Bresnehan, P.C., has been representing clients in the Phoenix area for more than 30 years. Mr. Bresnehan received his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business at Arizona State University, and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona. Before entering private practice, he worked as a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. He also served as Bar Counsel for the State Bar of Arizona.

In the decades since, Mr. Bresnehan has represented clients in dozens of criminal and civil jury trials and appeals. He regularly argues cases before the Federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, and he has appealed several cases to the United States Supreme Court. In addition, he has been a presenter at a number of continuing legal education seminars.
