LoveLee Skin goes solo

LoveLee Skin’s owner Vanessa Austin provides her customers with service from the chest up.

Austin opened shop in Maricopa Monday, with hopes of eventually expanding into the Valley.

Her store offers services such as Lunchtime Facial Treatments, microdermabrasion, facials, skin consultations and more.

“People don’t have to drive to Phoenix to get high quality spa-like services; they can get it here,” Austin said.

Austin likens her store to a cross between a spa and a medical operation.

“I will have different specialists working here to provide my clients with the services they desire,” Austin said.

Before going solo, Austin had been operating out of Guy and Gal Salon in Maricopa for almost nine months.

“I got to the point I just needed to expand,” Austin said.

Austin has lived in Maricopa for three years and holds a degree in biology. Services at her store cost from $75 to $200. Consultations are free.

All first-time customers are given a free 30-minute skin consultation.

“I look at the customers’ skin, ask them questions about their habits, and determine what type of treatments they may need,” Austin said.

Austin said LoveLee Skin is licensed to offer clinical care skin products to its clients, along with instructions on how to use them.
