Gary Perkins was arrested by Maricopa Police on suspicion of domestic violence assault and two counts of disorderly conduct.

May 6, at 10:45 p.m. police officers arrested Perkins at the Circle K on North John Wayne Parkway. According to a police probable cause report, about an hour earlier police responded to a domestic violence call on North Keystone Road.

Perkins wife called police and reported she saw him pushing his daughter and “hitting her in the face with his left hand, causing her to fall on the floor inside their residence,” according to the report.

The daughter confirmed to police this happened. The officer wrote she had “a fresh bruise to her left outer eye area and complained of pain to her mouth.”

Perkins had left the scene by the time officers arrived, but was later located and arrested. He was booked into the Pinal County Jail.
