Maricopa Museum and Visitor Center opens after years of planning, digging

The Maricopa Museum and Visitor Center opened Saturday morning with extensive displays telling Maricopa’s history.

The museum plans Coffee on the Porch each Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Historical Society members will be on hand to answer questions about the city’s rich and colorful past.
