Mary Jane Sullivan, a 10-year resident of Maricopa and school bus driver for the Maricopa Unified School District for the last four years, died suddenly Nov. 24 at the age of 80.
Sullivan had worked for the school district until the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, said her son, Kurtis Dinkel of Arizona.
She will be missed dearly by everyone whose lives she touched, he said.
Sullivan was born June 9, 1940.
She is survived by children Mary Jo Peacock and husband Charlie, Margo Fields and husband Michale, Matt Vaders, Greg Dinkel and wife Erica Dinkel, and Kurtis Dinkel; 11 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Her Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 4, at West Valley Chapel, 9380 W. Peoria Ave., Peoria, AZ 85345. Phone: 623-486-1955.
