Meet the teacher: Danielle Miller

First year teacher Danielle Miller came to education after working in journalism for a period of time and found that the images sent out to the world are nearly always negative.

“I felt that as a teacher I could make a difference in a positive way and impact the lives of students so we can change our future together,” Miller said.

Miller came to this area because of the growth and excitement. “There is a great possibility for innovation and trying new things. Plus, many of the people who live here seem very kind, and it is a big town with a great history,” she added.

In regard to her teaching, Miller said she believes every child has the ability to learn.

“I love to read and write so I hope that my passion can inspire students to love it, too,” she said.
