A 15-year-old Maricopa girl who has been missing since Saturday has been located.

Maricopa Police spokesman Ricky Alvarado said Cheyenne Reinbold was spotted Monday afternoon in the 44000 block of West McCord Drive. Alvarado did not know who spotted the girl, but said officers went to that location and found her.

Alvarado was not aware of Reinbold’s physical condition, but said fire crews had not been dispatched for a medical call.

Reinbold will be questioned by police on her whereabouts for the past few days and if she has knowledge of a burglary police are investigating, he said.

Reinbold’s mother, Misty Robbins, said she last saw her daughter in the family's Desert Passage home Friday evening. When she woke around 6 a.m. Saturday, Reinbold was not home.

Robbins and her husband looked for their daughter, but when they were unable to locate her, they called police.

The mother said she found Facebook messages sent between her daughter and a teenage boy who lived in The Villages in the Rancho El Dorado neighborhood. The boy also has been missing. The messages suggested the two were going to meet at Pacana Park. From the timestamp on the messages, Robbins said she thinks her daughter left her home around 1 a.m.

The mother said she was aware her daughter liked the teenage boy but had instructed her to stay away from him.
