Most expensive home sold: Homestead 4-bedroom

The most expensive home in Maricopa June 16-July 15 was a gorgeous two-story, four-bedroom DR Horton Home with a pool, sweeping staircase and three-car garage. It nearly doubled its price since it last sold in 2012 for just $220,000 and went for just $500 under the list price.
