Update the resume and prepare the cover letter.
A job fair featuring employers including Ross Abbott, Corrections Corporation of America, Union Pacific, Pace Industries, Frito Lay and more will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. April 22 at the Global Water Resource Center, 22590 N. Powers Parkway.
“We hope by holding this job fair we can help people find a job,” said Jerri Moore, employment services coordinator for the Arizona Workforce Connection.
The Maricopa Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Arizona Workforce Connection, the state sponsored job service, is holding the fair as the first of what will become regularly scheduled quarterly job fairs.
A few of the positions participating employers are seeking include retail management, production management, engineers, production supervisors and many more.
